[HANASHIR:6432] Re: Certification of Synagogue Musicians

Thanks to Adrian for his comments on certification. I have responded to him 
privately, but I also want to mention that I think Certification is a very 
good idea as long as talented and trained temple members have the same 
opportunities to earn certification and practice what they have learned.
