[HANASHIR:5999] B'Nai Mitzvah song requests - a special needs b'nai mitzvah song

Last Shabbat we went to the Bat Mitzvah of Abigail Grasso in Baltimore.

Abigail is autistic and she worked very hard to memorize the blessings before
& after the Torah portion. The portion was very appropriate "Do not put
stumbling blocks in front to the blind".
Gail did a great job.
Her sister, Leah, read the entire Haftorah in Hebrew ( boy, was it long)
The Bat Mitzvah requested that the B'nai Mitzvah class sing two songs from
"Lion King" & "Prince of Egypt".
I believe it was appropriate to include secular songs of encouragement in
this special bat mitzvah

The family composed a song (which might be used to cheer on other special
needs kids)
  to the tune of "Mame"

You cause our hearts to fill with delight - Gail
You made this day sparkle so bright - Gail
You pray the shma and blessings
You read the Torah and you sing the songs
You show us that you're happy
And we smile and we sing along
You warm our hearts inspiring us all - Gail
You show us what love is all about - Gail
We all are so, so proud today
You really wowed us all todau
So sing it really load today - Gail
