[HANASHIR:5958] Re: Tape Recording at Hava Nashira

Judah,

I in no way meant to point a finger at you. In fact, I recall a while back
that someone else brought this up on the list (so I did not open the can of
worms) and you defended yourself to the list at this time saying that you
had turned over the tapes to those in charge of Hava Nashira. I fully
understand that you are not to blame. The promise of the audio tapes was
never made by you. This is why I did not contact you privately. I already
knew from a previous post that it was out of your hands. But the promise
was made by those at OSRUI and none of us have seen (or been able to
purchase) copies of those tapes.

I am so sorry that I offended you because I know you did this as a favor and
you spent a great deal of your time at Hava Nashira making sure these tapes
were done. Please accept my public apologies in the sincerest sense. We all
learn from you and are grateful that you are so willing to share your
knowledge with us. I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry!!!!

And no reflection on you --- I still think it was wrong for all of us to be
asked not to record on the promise that the music would be provided to us.
This was not right.

I hope that some update on this can be provided for those of us who
attended.
