Yerushalayim Sheli is by N. Hirsch -- I think the same person who wrote the
Oseh Shalom everyone knows. It is in Tara Publications' Jerusalem in Song.
It takes several people (a peddler, a shoemaker, a soldier, etc.) and has
them each describe Jerusalem from their point of view.
