Victor, what is the "Western" style? West of what? Where are you writing

refer to Ne'eman's book, Tseliley HaMiqra Vol.I, which should be available
in major libraries like JTS and HUC. I only have a copy of Vol.II, which
covers the three megillot, Eicha, etc, but not the sidra.
