Dan & Elaine Grossman have a nice lullabye which includes the shma as well - 
"nighttime is here..." (not sure of the title)  in the songbook and tape 
called "help us bake a challah"

also Debbie Friedman's "hashkivenu" lullabye (doesn't actually have the 
hashkivenu words in it)  that segues into the angel blessing  is beautiful

another of my favorite lullabies is "wings of love" by Safam.  it's also 
wonderful for babynamings/brisses.
