[HANASHIR:5181] Tu B'Shevat Seder Ideas

For the last several years our temple has been celebrating Tu B'Shvat with a Tu 
B'Shvat seder held after the nearest Friday evening service. This is a very 
successful program, which usually attracts over 100 people. Our seder leads us 
through four cups of wine, going from white to red, and explains the different 
types of fruits, which we get to sample. We have used the same text for the 
last three years and are wondering what texts or ideas are used by other 
congregations. Does anyone have any ideas to share?
