services? Do high school kids lead the whole thing? Does anyone have a
 sample that I could see?

I developed and lead a weekly Junior Congregation. We use Siddur Sh'ma
Yisrael (Shoshana Silberman's Youth Siddur --It's conservative) We combine
reading and chanting the prayers in HEbrew or English (depending week to
week) The kids lead most of it...but in between the prayers we discuss the
prayers. Their meaning and our thoughts on them. We always do a story (or a
game of some sort connected to the sedra) and then a brief, but very
interactive Torah service and reading. The service runs an hour and half
(give or take)--Lots of singing---chabad tunes; Calrebach, Friedman, etc.
But also traditional nusach for specific prayers. But we vary. Last week
for B'shellach we did the Prince of Egypt Mi Chamocha!

Hope this helps.
