I'd like to make a suggestion for an idea that has worked for me. I have 
Outlook Express (on a macintosh), and to the left of the email window, I
have a list that includes inbox, outbox, sent mail, etc. I can also create
folders that are part of the list. I have a Hanashir folder in which I have
folders with specific subjects. There is a folder for each Jewish holiday,
Bar/Bat Mitzvah songs, Women's songs, wedding songs, healing songs, general
songs, etc. Whenever anyone emails the list with a suggestion for a song, if
it is something I think I might use in the future, rather than deleting the
email, I stick it in the appropriate folder. That way, when it comes time to
needing a song for a particular holiday or theme, I use the folders as a
resource.
