I'd like to announce that the Brave Old World website has (finally!) been
thoroughly revised, and it's now online at www.braveoldworld.com Besides
being
beeeeautiful (every daddy thinks his baby is beautiful, right?) it's also
functional, meaning you can hear excerpts of all our current concert
repertoire,
find out where we're playing and how to get CDs etc. There are also links to
the various workshops we run or are connected with (see especially Weimar and
London), and email links to all of us in the band.
The "missing liner notes" to our new CD, Bless the Fire, are available on the
site, too; click the link under the graphic of the cover on the CD page.
Speaking of Bless the Fire, this is a reminder to anyone who missed earlier
notices that it's available at CDBaby.com and only there. It won't be in the
stores,
at least not in the foreseeable future. Healthy sound samples are available
at the BOW website and at CDBaby, so you can check it out before deciding
whether to order it.
Thanks for your attention!
Alan Bern
