Leo Low B. 1878, Volkovysk, Russia .-- D. 1960, NYC.
full NYT obit on Leo Low available Oct. 7, 1960. p. 35.
You can get this from any microform of NYT.

portrait and article in Gdal Saleski "Famous musicians of Jewish origin."
1949 edition, pp98-99.
