Re: Wanted: Keyboard player

You might want to contact my friend Lewis Porter, renowned Jazz scholar
and professor at Rutgers-Newark. He's an excellent Jazz pianist with
all the skills you require. I'm not absolutely certain what he knows
about Jewish music, but he has a good Jewish self-image and occasionally
lectures on the subject of Jews in Jazz, so that's a start. He used to
live in Westchester and if he's not still living there I'm sure he
doesn't live far.Contact him at Lrpjazz (at) aol(dot)com and have him I sent
you.

Good luck.
