Not to be negative or anything... I  spent last summer doing legal research
with an attorney on potential constitutional challenges to actions such as
this. You can sign as many e-petitions as you want, none of us have a
snowball's chance in hell of changing this. Not even the FCC board members
who ARE against it (Michael Copp, for one) can stop it, as I believe the
board is stacked, 3-2 republicans v. democrats. Michael Powell (Colin
Powell's son) the chairman of the FCC is in the pocket of the industry and
is pushing this as fast as possible.

Sorry to be so grumpy, copyright final tomorrow, and all...
