Patsy Doitsy?

Has anyone got any leads on this (message below)?  I've never heard of a 
dance called Patsy Doitsy--(unless it has something to do with Patsh Tanz) 
and have been asked for information:

"There has been a great deal of correspondence and interest shown in the
Jewish Genealogical Society of Great Britain's discussion group in an
alleged Jewish dance called "Patsy Doitsy"."
