Without a doubt, "In An Orem Shtibele" with its "patche patche kikhelekh"
refrain -- little ones can clap along.

And you might want to listen to "Di Grine Katchke" - a collection par
excellence with Lorin Sklamberg, Henry Sapoznik, etc. - it includes nursery
rhymes.  You can get it through Living Traditions, I believe.
