Hebrew song lyrics - can someone help identify?

Hello, all:

I am new to the list, and I hope this question is appropriate.

I have Hebrew song lyrics,  and I think it may be a song by Matti Caspi,
but I'm not sure, and I don't read Hebrew well enough. Can anyone identify
the lyrics (see below), and let me know if there might be an English
translation somewhere on
the web. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
