Like-minded roommate for our W-Side aptmt

Hi,   This is "off-topic,"  except we both are into Jewish music:  zemirot, 
nusach, harmonizing, creative fusing, etc.
        Perhaps one of you can help us fill our pending vacancy in our 3-BR 
(NYC, 
Upper W-Side) apartment -- or *be* our next roommate.
        My roommate and I are looking for a sociable, Jewishly active (we're 
flexible on observance spectrum -- creative is fine), considerate roommate, 
at least a few years beyond college (or more -- 30's-40's etc).
        We like to do Shabbat meals and host creative activities, share food, 
aptmt-upkeep, etc.   Strict kosher for aptmt so people across spectrum can 
feel comfortable visiting, flexible on Shabbat as long as 
considerate/accommodating.  Either M/F OK.
        There is choice of a small (7 1/2 by 9, plus decent-sized closet) and 
medium (9 1/2 by 12) BR (Ben is willing to switch depending on new rmmate's 
preference).   Rent is ~$830 and ~$1130, resp'ly (neg'ble).  Nice kitchen & 
bathrm; room in LR for 12+ around table, and more people for 
events.   Aptmt & bldg well-maintained, centrally located.
        Our temporary 3rd roommate is leaving near end Nov., so it's available 
pretty soon.   I appreciate any leads you can think of, keep ears open, and 
people you can spread the word
