  I have sung these songs, some of them are magnificent. I found the book on
the shelves on the Jewish Library in San Francisco, and I would be glad to
send you a copy, since I've never been able to locate its distributor.
I could do that in a week or 2.
It's not Michael but Max Eisikowitz.
