RE: a good week for Klezmatics fans

Well, actually, the U.S. cover came first (and was based on our concept),
but was stubbornly rejected by our EuroLabel. The Piranha artwork features
stills of two faces from a Fellini film superimposed on each other - a
reference to the Ansky/Kushner A Dybbuk; a suite from it appears on the cd.
So - collect them both!

In response to a previous post, this past weekend at RPM Studios in NY the
band and producer/engineer Ben Wisch finished basic tracks on its new
Rounder cd, scheduled for release in the Fall. Included is a suite of tunes
from our collaboration with the Pilobolus Dance Theatre, "Davenen," as well
as a bi-lingual version of Holly Near's great song "I Ain't Afraid."
