Perlman redux

We can argue all we want about the quality of the playing, the "feeling" behind 
the music, etc. but I believe there is, at least, one positive we can take from 
the Perlman recordings, tours, and video - they expose Jewish music to a larger 
audience.  One can hope that interested listeners and/or viewers will follow 
their ears and eyes to the recordings and/or concerts of the musicians who 
played alongside Perlman.
