klezkamp mailings?

has anyone gotten his klezkamp mailing yet? i sure haven't. i *would* use the 
form that was on the web site except the web site doesn't have a complete list 
of class descriptions, only the music classes -- and besides, i can't access it 
today for some reason. argh! klezkamp is in 19 days and i still haven't figured 
out this stuff!
