"Oy, Trombonik!"

On the Klezmer channel on Spinner radio, I heard Don Byron playing Mickey 
Katz's "Trombonik Tanz"... it was a trombone soli feature, and it sounded 
great!! Where can I find sheet music for this?

Also, has original Mickey Katz (not Byron's covers) material been released on 
CD?
