new klezmershack reviews

In addition to last month's preview of the new David Krakauer recording, "A New
Hot One" (Mar 4), http://www.klezmershack.com/#krakauer , I am pleased to note
that there is a review of the brand new Klezamir album, Der bloyfoygl of
happiness (the bluebird of fun freydl),
http://www.klezmershack.com/bands/klezamir/bloyfoygl/klezamir.bloyfoygl.html,
said album due to hit the stores this coming month. Reaching back a bit
further, I'm also pleased to catch up with review of Kaila Flexer's World
Folk/classical fusion ensemble, Next Village, at
http://www.klezmershack.com/bands/flexer/nextvillage/flexer.nextvillage.html,
and coming from a different, but related direction, a collection of "The Best
of NAMA," by a band that claims to have released the 2nd recording of the
klezmer revival--right after The Klezmorim's "East Side Wedding."
http://www.klezmershack.com/bands/nama/bestof/nama.bestof.html . The claim is
true, but discussable, and I try to start things off with an appreciative r
eview.

Enjoy!
