Beltov and Lyuba

Here's on for the Russian-and-possibly-Jewish-related-classical music mavens. 
"Passionate Impromptu- Recollection of Beltov and Lyuba" is a  short piece by 
Mussorgsky, and I'm curious to know who these two are and if they're the main
