Yiddish kids operetta in NYC March 18th

Don?t miss this rare opportunity to see a classic 1930?s Yiddish children's 
show performed by the children of Pripetshik, a New York City 
Yiddish-language Sunday school/shule plus students and graduates from other 
Workmen?s Circle shuln.

An excerpt from a film about the Medem Sanatorium in Warsaw, Poland, where 
the 
operetta was written and first performed, will be screened prior to the 
performance.

BY TRAIN/BUS:  
D train to 205 St, Bronx  (the last stop).  Exit at back of train to 206 St 
and walk up Bainbridge Ave to 208 St.
(Also possible, but a longer, more winding walk:)
4 train to Mosholu Parkway.  Walk north one block to E 210 St.  Turn right on 
210 St and walk 5 blocks to Bainbridge Ave.  Take a right and walk downhill 
on Bainbridge one block, to 208 St.
Bronx buses:  Bx10, Bx28 & Bx34 stop across the street and up the block from 
S-A Cultural Center on Bainbridge Ave

BY CAR:
Bronx River Parkway to the Gun Hill Road exit.  Proceed west up Gun Hill Road 
(for those driving south, it?s a right;  for those driving north, a left).  
Half a mile up Gun Hill, make a left onto Bainbridge Ave.  Go two blocks to 
208 St.
