Can any of you wise folks shed a bisel licht (don't start with the 
transliteration!) on the composer of "Sha Shtil (Makht Nisht Keyn Gerider, 
etc)? Other than knowing it was published by Leo Kopf in 1914 - the Freedman 
Database assigns origin and music to 'Vinkov'? 
Was Vinkov composer or cataloger?
I found another mention - "Sha Shtil: Music & Lyrics: V. Ullman (Country of 
origin: Czech)" , is this the same song?
