I see from an email announcement from UCLA that you will be here in LA in a 
week and a half.  I am looking forward to your workshop!

If I can do anything to make your stay in LA more enjoyable (tour guide, 
friendly face for dinner or drinks, hostess, friend w/a place not too far 
from UCLA for meals, rest, a bed), please let me know.
