Neat idea, and my choice is Hadassah.  I grew up working for Hadassah - my
mother "volunteered" my effort for every bazaar, etc.  They were also an
early introduction for me to music in Yiddish, though not what this group
would call Jewish music.  It was a production by the ladies of a Hadassah
group and their husbands of "Der Schirtz", a Yiddish version of Pinafore.  I
couldn't understand much of it, but I had fun.  It also introduced me to
Gilbert & Sullivan's still-marvelous light operas.

Most of all, I have yet to find a Jew of any type, from secular to Orthodox,
who disapproves of what Hadassah does.
