If you want to search phish shows by song, try
http://www.ihoz.com/every.html
It dosen't look like any Jewish songs were played at those shows.
I know that I have at least one live phish tape that has Avinu Malkenu. I
will look and see if I can locate it. You can probably find higher quality
versions on the web.
