Seeking Contact and Schedule Info for Tsfat Klezmer Festival

Does anyone have contact and schedule information for the Klezmer Festival in 
Tsfat for the coming summer (2000)?  Deborah and I plan to be performing and 
teaching in Europe this summer.  A side trip to Israel could be a nice 
idea...
