Were is Hennry's Book

I ordered my copy on Henry's new book back in late September from Amazon.Com, 
I was wondering if any one else on this list knows what has happened to the 
copies of the book that list members order through them. I know that Henry 
had a reading of the book early this month, so the book should be out. I want 
to read it before I get to KlezKamp!
