I grew up singing "The Latke Song," by Uncle Ben Aronin, with a chorus that 
went:
One latke...two latkes...and so on into the night...
You many NOT guess, but it was the LATkes that gave them the courage to fight!
(and so on), to the tune of "Oh Hanukkah."  This must be a different one...
