ALHAMBRA will also be seen (for approximately 45 seconds) on Channel
Thirteen - WNET in the Tri-State area on Monday, March 29, 1999  10-11 p.m.
in the film "JEWISH SOUL, AMERICAN BEAT", produced, directed and written by
BARBARA PFEFFER.   The film features interviews with Arthur Hertzberg, Tony
Kushner, Cynthia Ozick, Rabbi Alexander Schindler, Elizabeth Swados and
John Zorn.  The questions it asks: Will Jews as a viable community
disappear in the next century because of assimilation and intermarriage? 
Or is there a return to Jewish identity and tradition among young people
that portends a future of strength and vitality?
