After 3 Glaces - klezmer tune origin

Dear klezmer musicians or musicologists or listeners etc
Does any one know the origin of a rather jolly but atypical freylachs which
I only have seen titled as "After 3 Glaces" (in Mart Heijmanns collection)
? Not sure where I've heard it. It has 3 parts, the 1st part in G major,
2nd part in G minor and 3rd part back to G major.
Any one else heard it - if so where please. Any clues as to where it might
have come from and whether that relates to the form ? Any ideas about the
meaning of the title or alternative titles ?
thankyou, Ernie
