Name that (klezmer) tune [heard by zillions on Fresh Air]

Fresh Air used a Klezmer tune as "outro" music at the end of its interview
with Allegra Goodman, 5 October 1998.  Can someone name that tune, and the
band?  (Should we maybe give the Fresh Air folks a nudge to list this info
at least in their Internet rundowns?)

In all fairness, I admit I sometimes can't always get credits like this
together, but I mean to, and would welcome a nudge to give proper credit if
offered.  (No flames, please!)
