RE: Mira Rafalowicz, z"l

To say the least. The festivals were absolutely glorious and worth the special
trip from NY. This news is a most terrible for Mira and for everyone who knew
her. Yiddish language and culture, Holland and all Yiddishists have lost a
great power. I don't know who can take her place in Amsterdam. Just
devastating news.

I have no additional information, but know that the festivals
were wonderful events, and that people had been very happy to
work with Ms. Rafalowicz. She will be very much missed.
