Off-hand, I don't know of any sources, although I do remember there
being many Israeli campfire song books and CDs. (Since then, Israelis
are as likely to sing "Poogy" or even more recent songs around
campfires, but that doesn't change the timeless pleasure of the
ones you mention.)
I know that UJA has a nice, pocket-sized Jewish songbook that is
somewhere with my still-unpacked books.
