Yiddishe Momme

Speaking of schmaltz (which, for what it's worth, I do not consider to be a
necessarily perjorative term), and knowing full well that this request went
out on the list a few months ago...  would anyone be willing to provide me
with the words (Yiddish and English, if possible) to My Yiddishe Momme?
It's been requested of us for an upcoming gig and, of course, we don't know
it.
