Could you tell me where is Tottenville?
Thanks,
Noel
Dear Noel et al:
Sorry for the omission. Tottenville is in Staten Island. Staten
Island is NYC's most scenic borough. The Conference house is a
Historic Landmark at the end of Hylan Blvd by the Kill van Kull. It
has a beautiful scenic park along the coast. Bring family and
friends come early and picnic. Call for directions or check any NYC
map.
Bye the way George Washington did sleep there.
Also want to congratulate the Andy Statman Quartet for their
performance at Snug Harbor last saturday night. Look for more great
musical presentations in scenic Staten Island in the coming months.
The success of the sold out Kapelye, Choirs and Cantors Benefit
concert Purim '98 has stimulated interest in Klezmer and other jewish
musical events on Staten Island. You'll be hearing more from
cantor Bernstein and her little Elves in the coming months.
