Yitzak Perlman live

I just heard that Yitzak Perlman will be performing ON INTERNET ONLY
next Monday evening at 5pm est.  He will be presenting his new works
and will follow that with an open CHAT ROOM discussion...but I didn't
hear a website address.  Does anyone know where to find this and does
anyone have Mr Perlman's email address?
