Dear Jewish Music Readers:
Alex Jacobowitz has chosen to share with all readers a
*private and personal* e-mail message that I sent directly
to him. My message was intended for Alex Jacobowitz and
for Alex Jacobowitz only. It is none other than an
*invasion of privacy* for Mr. Jacobowitz to divulge to
readers of this list the message that I sent to him.
Of course, I will not discuss with readers of this list any
private mail that I send or receive. Nor will I permit
myself to communicate further with Mr. Jacobowitz. In
short, the case is closed!
I apologize to readers of this list for having to waste
their time (and their use of the delete key) on this
matter. I hope that no readers will respond to my message,
but that we will continue to receive and read messages
appropriate for this discussion group: talk of klezmer,
Bloch, augmented 2nds, and all the rest!
Sincerely,
Dan Kazez
P.S. Did I err? Did I actually send my message to Alex
Jacobowitz to the entire list?? Responses off list only,
please.
