People who want information about this item should be sending their messages to 
Irving D. Goldfein goldfein (at) ix(dot)netcom(dot)com as his message said.  
When you
reply to the listserver (jewish-music (at) shamash(dot)org) with your individual
requests for information, you are just cluttering the server up.  We don't
all need to read people's individual requests for information.
