Origin of "Uvau Ha-ovdim"

Does anyone know the origin of the words to the song, "Uvau Ha-ovdim"? Is it
Torah? Psalms? Prophets (which one?), etc.? I have the lyrics, but no
attribution.  Thanks much for your help!
