Try contacting Yossi Zucker at: ortav (at) netvision(dot)net(dot)il
He is the owner/publisher of Or-Tav, which over the years did some Israeli
Classical music. He can probably either sell you the music published by
the other three major publishers in Israel, or refer you to them directly.
Mercaz L'Tarbut V'Chinuch did some Classical choral music with Hebrew texts
many years ago, and both IMI (Israel Music Institute) and IMP (Israel Music
Publishers) have done mostly Classical and 20th century music.
