Looking for a better Aleinu chant

Ever notice that the tune most commonly used in American reform and
conservative synagogues for "Shehu noteh shamayim" is very similar to "the itsy
bitsy spider" followed by "the farmer in the dell"? It would be one thing if
the syllables actually lined up right, but they don't. I can't take this
prayer seriously singing that stupid tune, and I have been desperately
searching for another one at the music library and the Hillel of my university,
but to no avail.

If anyone has a score for the whole thing (Aleinu, shehu noteh shamayim, al
kein n'kaveh l'kha), especially if it is not reminiscent of nursery rhymes and
is not laden with corny Debbie Friedman-style syncopation, please e-mail me.
I want to lead the service Friday at Hillel with it. Otherwise, I may be
forced to write my own. I will post the results of this endeavor (either
pre-existing or original melodies).

Thanks in advance.
