The musical's name is Kazablan (with an 'N'). I believe it came out in 
the mid sixties. Try looking up the Israeli record company 'Hed Artzi' on 
the web or otherwise. They would likely know something about recordings.

I believe that the Israeli singer Yoram Gaon may have performed in the 
play (or was it a movie as well?), but certainly has recorded the song 
you asked about - 'Kol Hakavod'.
