Ray, thanks for the Rt. 66 lead. What an amazing left brain reference to the
Tradewinds Feb.
1966 answer to West Coast surf music, "New York's a Lonely Town". The
Tradewinds were, for this
recording, Peter (Pete) Andreoli, Vincent (Vinnie) Poncia and Artie Ripp. They
also had
earlier teamed up with Phil Spector to write some things for the Ronettes.
