"Great Songs of the Yiddish Theater"
by Norman Warembud, published by
Quadrangle/The New York Times Book Co.

It has 57 songs in the original arrangements, complete with the verses
that are usually not included in more "popular" publications.

Both of the songs you want are in there, including the contrasting
verse of "Oy Mame, Bin Ich Farlibt" which preceeds the famous chorus.
