Seven Israeli musicians play music which combines classical European, 
      Arabic, jazz, Indian, flamenco and Persian influences.

Instruments: Oud, guitar, banjo, qanoun, oriental zither, violin, 
flute, bass and percussion instruments comprising durbakkeh, daff, 
bandir, zarb and conga. 

Womad Festival, Rivermead Leisure Centre, Reading, Berkshire. 
  This three-day world-music festival starts on Friday 21st at 6.00 pm.
