Hungarian folk ensemble presents jewish lectures in USA

An evening with the members of the
Bolyai Hungarian Folk Ensemble

featuring
a lecture/discussion,

Jewish Life in Hungary Today
followed by a mini-concert of Hungarian, Jewish and Gypsy music
and dance
The evening will conclude with general dancing

Gabor Ujfalusi, Bolayi's speaker, is a graduate of Eotvos Lorand
University, Budapest.  He is the Associate Director of the
Almassey Square Culture House in Budapest where he directs a
number of resident cultural programs including several organized
by and for the local Jewish community.  His lecture is prepared
in close collaboration with Budapest's Chief Rabbi, Tamas Raj,
and with the Vice-President of B'Nai B'Rith, Budapest.

The Bolyai Hungarian Folk Ensemble, touring the U.S. from
Budapest, is a company of 30 singers, dancers, and musicians who
present traditional dance, song, and music representing the
variety of cultures living in Hungary and the Hungarian-speaking
areas of Eastern Europe today.
